We have a fully self contained pizza concession trailer with truck. The truck contains the 12,000 watt generator that powers the trailer so no outside electricity is needed. The trailer is set up for pizza. It has a 30" wide conveyor oven. We have prepared many different kinds of food in it and a fryer wouldn't be necessary.
