I believe this unit is a 6x10. Very cute and fully equiped. All supplies go. Probably around 40 concentrate flavors. Southern Sno block shaver with extra blades. All cups, spoons, jugs, pour bottles AND the block ice maker that makes 20 of the 12# blocks of ice (with new bags too). Everything you need is already here. GREAT setup and has the cute chaser lights for nighttime visuals too. Hot water heater, rooftop a/c, sinks, large deep freeze, etc. All goes. The only problem that I am aware of is that I believe the unit did not get drained of water before the first freeze came in. All pvc pipes though, so it shouldn't be a real problem. I would fix, but don't know how. Price is reduced to 15K for this very reason. I have plenty of pics to show the unit and would love to help any way I can if you have any questions. Great little money maker with the right location. Everything you need to open the window and go to shaving.
